College security guards
Office building security guards
Department store security guards
Mall security guards

But according to the movie, which takes place in Illinois, they don't?

I am from Chicago area and all ATM machines are not located in giant telephone booths but instead in stores or outside the bank in the open (like near drive thru windows).

I am from a small town in MS and I know of at least two kiosks like this one. They are not "ATMs" so much as they are satellite banks designed to provide service to underserved areas.
