Ok so I have one single question,why the heck didnt he(the murderer) get in the ATM and killed them?I mean lets say that he didnt know the door was opened buuuut when they got out a few times he probably realised that it was opened.

rewatch the ending, he knew about the camera angles and that he would be seen inside the atm machine - so he killed them from outside where not only wouldn't he be seen but where it looked like David was the crazy one

Clearly the ATM machine was having a bad day, and he didn't want to embarrass it.
