I liked ATM - it was fresh

Seriously, I liked ATM for the smooth filming, lighting, and the balanced sound quality. There has been countless situational psycho dramas that tested the humanity and ethnic principles of the individuals involved... I found ATM to be unique. There really was only one major set investment, so the bulk of the budget could be spent in post-production.

There was several times that I thought "idiot! Go for it - NOW!" But then again, I owe the IRS...

Same here. I thought it was a good modern horror film - well made w/ good acting, suspenseful in parts, decent script, etc. Sure, the film's protagonists made some stupid decisions and it cost them their lives in the end but such things do actually happen in real life, in fact, the world is full of people making bad choices and suffering because of it. And since when do horror films have to be completely believable? In fact, suspension of disbelief is often necessary to enjoy any kind of horror or fantastic film.

Overall, I found ATM to be an entertaining thriller.

My rating: 7/10

Have you seen the little piggies crawling in the dirt?

I just saw it in Netflix and I liked it very much. The characters were fleshed out, the story was modern, and the so called "plot holes" are typical for this genre. Every thriller I have ever seen has the protagonist making some bad choices. All in all, I give it a thumbs up.

I agree. It kept me wondering throughout, the acting was good and, as you said, the lighting and filming were spot on. Definitely has some of those 'dumb' moments but what doesn't these days. All in all, nicely done with a different kind of end.
