I used to Hate this movie, then i saw it again and...

I finally realized:
This movie has a script. It has dialogue, well written dialogue even, it has a story with a beginning, middle and an end and events that happen. The characters are all developed and have strong motives for their actions, and the plot events and story arc all make sense as opposed to other similar films. It has, by every definition of the word, a good story.
