Didn't like it in comparison

I just watched this after the edge which is an older but similar movie and have to say it's way more entertaining and better made than the grey. They are more or less unrealistic but the cgi wolves and the other cgi stuff looked fake and exaggerated while the real bears behavior was questionable in terms of realism but because they actually used a real bear it seemed more realistic.

Also this canyon they crossed seemed really fake and forced that they had to go over it and that they had to leave the plane while they could have barricaded themselves in it better and waited for a rescue team.

And because all of this seemed unrealistic and forced the flashbacks and philosophical stuff seemed pathetic.
