I've Tried, But It's So Unfunny : (

I loved Summer Heights High. I'm watching the 6th episode now... I fast forward through S.Mouse and the surfer. Some of Jen and Gran make me smirk a little. What is it that the show is missing?

Don't worry; I agree with you, but I found Gran to be so amusing, she outshone every other character and was enough to see me through to the end. The characters are a hit and miss, and most people agree with you on Blake Oldfield.

It's just not your funny, but it's my HILARIOUS!!!

exactly, why try to force yourself to like a show. I will agree that the show isn't nonstop laughs, but his shows are like that. There are strangely tender moments for a style that has a lot of gay bashing and stereotype remarks. But Gran is without a doubt my favorite, her during the soccer game had me rolling during the first episode. Gran sold me on the rest of the series, and I needed to be sold

I don't know, SHH was a laugh out loud show. There were some "tender" moments, mostly with Jonah, but none of the overly sentimental stuff that we got a lot of in Angry Boys, especially towards the end.

Angry Boys was decent, I watched every episode, but I was surprised how poor the writing was. Jen and smouse specifically, would just curse a lot. Jen cursed angrily and smouse cursed like a rapper...no effort in the writing at all compared to the brilliant writing of SHH

I agree completely. I just got done watching the 6th episode and the only characters I find worth watching at all are Gran and Jen. I fast forward through Blake and am getting to the point where I want to fast forward through S.Mouse because he is just not getting better. Nathan and Daniel are tolerable....funny at moments.

I wish HBO was still showing SHH and WWWH...apparently that ended Jan. 2nd though and now it's just Angry Boys.
