Missed chances.

I finally watched all this last night. I had trouble getting over Harry Potter not shaking his wand!!! This had makings of a really good scary movie. Sadly it failed. It nearly created great atmosphere. It should have . The setting was great.The house had the right look and feel. Lights! camera! mmmm!A failing there.Potter(sorry it's all I see every time he was on screen) spent his introductory time looking confused, dim and dizzy. Lost even. Chances to put so much fear into the viewer missed. The odd glimce was not enough. We needed a good look a good scare. Did not happen. When it finally did it only occurred as we were close to the ending. Shame a change at a good scary victorian set horror is not what we got. Average 5/10.
