There's a lot of symbolism in this movie

* The scene of the kiss in the window, they are separated, she listens the music, he don't, seems like they were connected and disconnected at the same time, but I don't get it really

* Like someone already said, the song playing in the soundtrack "Video Kills the Radio Stars" is a very happy song about something new replacing something old, this makes a lot of sense in the movie

* This isn't a symbol but Margot is annoyed that Lou didn't interacts with her in the dinner, but Daniel also didn't interacts with her in the next scene, but she looks happier in that scene, "fall in love" is supposed to don't make any sense

* Margot runs from a mediocre marriage and ends up exactly at the same point

* There's a scene that looks like a "nigthmare" and she was with a guy in a farol, it is just me or isn't very clear what guy is?

* I feel that Daniel "disappears" in the last scenes, after he turned into a regular, mediocre husband (or boyfriend)
