What, if anything, are we meant to take away from the final scene of Margot (Michelle Williams) riding the 'Scrambler' (carnival ride) again, but this time alone ???

I think she was remembering when she first rode it with Daniel and everything was new......and now it's getting old......like the gym shower convo.....new things get old

I don't get that at all. I think she is back in the same routine malaise that caused her to get distracted and cheat in the first place.

I think maybe it is a Michelle thing..

In "Dick" she ends the movie in a slow-mo druggy-daze expression on face on roller skates as an old ABBA song plays..

in this movie, she does it in a dodgem or octopus or wtf it is, with a druggy daze on her face as this other old 70s song plays.
