The music in this movie is scary!

The music was really freaky, like the combination of instruments they used to jump scare you instead of the normal blast of "DUH!" was very effective here. I think the scariest has to be when Renee picks up the camera at the end and see whats Josh really was. The way the music came in, the push pull zoom, and her expression just freaked me the fuq out.

After viewing this movie for the very first time the other night, I would agree that the music was a crucial element. In fact, I don't think this movie would have made too many people jump out of their seats if it hadn't been for the soundtrack. Now, as for the scariest movie soundtrack I've ever heard accompanying a movie, it would have to be for the original version of "The Omen."
