The Dancing Boy

On the wiki page, it says:

The Little Boy is actually not a little boy at all, being the spirit of a an old man who apparently suffered from dwarfism. While he is not a child, he is very mischievous, playing tricks on Renai (changing the song she was playing to Tip Toe Through The Tulips and also hiding in Dalton's closet and then jumping out at her in order to scare her). He is later seen chuckling and running through the hallway in the Further by Josh.

I know the boy was played by a man, but surely the character is meant to be a child?

I agree ex. Remember renai said she saw something that first she thought was a child but then realized it was something else. I think the dancing boy was meant to be more a creature than a human. Maybe he was a boy at one time then after spending so much time lost in the further he changed is a theory I like. Anyway the fact that it is an adult actor with the size of a child but a older face does make the dancing boy look off and strange .

The scary clown doll is hiding under my bed.

I find him to be the creepiest part of the movie... Especially when he's dancing ? makes me so uneasy just thinking about it! Eek.
