I watched this on Netflix last night and can't help but feel it had a very empty feeling. I also watched Our Idiot Brother which draws a lot of simiarties and isn't half bad. I don't hate this, but there could have been more.

Felt the same. I enjoyed it, but it felt lacking in the end. Can't quite put my finger on it...
