Anyone else bothered by the fact that they couldve found a prettier Aurora? Not only that but I really just didnt like the way she talked with a wide, toothy grin. Just me?
shareBeauty is in the eye of the beholder. When she was cast for this role, someone obviously found her to be beautiful and also fit the role perfectly. And I concur :)

She's just younger than what you might expect. I know what you mean by the smile though.

shareWith the exception of press photos, I was unfamiliar with Elle Fanning before Maleficient. I found that she gave Aurora a purity of spirit that transformed her into something quite lovely that totally won me over.

I think Elle Fanning is pretty. Aurora is only supposed to be turning 16 in this movie, and Elle was actually a bit younger during filming. I thought she brought a certain purity to the role, a bit of naivety and innocence...perfect for the character.
