You hardly ever see Thomas during this movie

You see a glimpse of him towards the beginning, when the demon broke the glass in the kitchen. Other than that, nothing. The mother and the daughter are the real visual stars of the movie. Thomas is an off-camera star. Crazy! Still, i like the scares.

Yeah i was waiting to see what Tommy looked like,... it never happened LOL
Maybe some of his hair but that was it.

--Tommy's room was the only bedroom that there wasnt a camera set up,
--the house didnt seem to have any mirrors where we could see Tommy looking into
--When tommy was walking around the house he was never shown from the other cameras view point, it was always from Tommy's view Only
--And even in the scene where Tommy sets the camera down and talks into it (Night 23: October 25)His face was completely darkened out, it was just a silhouete.

In a movie where most of the time was spent getting shots of Sam walking around in her underwear and getting shots of her breasts in as much detail as possible, why couldn't they atleast get one good shot of Tommy's face?

I got the feeling that this was deliberate, but not sure why.
Perhaps it was because the director (Thomas!) wanted all the emphasis on the ladies.
That he was supposed to be the literal cameraman, with little emphasis on himself.

Or perhaps it was to cast doubt on Thomas himself, make him seem mysterious, as the premise of the film is for the viewer to *judge* what really happened.

I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus.
Didn't he discover America?
Penfold, shush.
