Plothole related to Cobra Commander;
If they were able to reconstruct Zartan's face into the US President's using nanomite technologie, couldn't they do the Cobra Commander's scared face and reconstruct it into the way it used to be as Rex?
Also, in The Rise of Cobra, Cobra Commander seemed kinda limped, almost as having prostatic legs or at least one leg. In Retaliation he walked very normal.
