Kate Burton played the Senator. Have y'all ever tried looking under "cast and crew"?! It tells the names of the character and the actors who play them. FYI.

He is asking about the real life senator.

and HRC is Hillary Rodham Clinton.

But it was Senator Ted Kennedy who sponsored legislation called the Needlestick Safety and Prevention Act 2000.

Unfortunately this is still a problem today.
