Bad camera work!

I've watched a lot of movies and don't think I've ever noticed such bad camera work! Why so much shaky cam?!

Wondered the same thing.
Very shaky obviously handheld “still” scenes where they could easily have used a tripod.
Just looks sloppy lazy.

I think the camera was meant to from the perspective of someone in the scene.

For example, when Evan's character is walking into the Courtroom one time it shifts back and forth with his swagger - given the height of the shot, its probably from the view of the judge.
