not that the movie was some fantastic A plus feature anyway, but I felt the constant narraration dragged the quality down to a preteen abc family film...

Funny you should say that. I thought it moved in and out from ABC Afterschool Special to American Beauty.

about 1/2 an hour into it i got to thinking that her narration could actually be that she was reading her english assignment out loud, so it was intentionally cheesy-sounding.
