And if you knew it would end if you made amends, Would you f around for a few days (maybe not as much as Weeks did) or would you go ahead and make amends right away to move on? If you choose the former, what kinds of things would you pull?
shareI'd just make amends and get it over with. That was one of the weak parts of the movie for me: they spent way too much time f ing around and when it came time to the amends (the critical part of the movie) they glossed over them in a few seconds. Would have been nice if they spent more time on that and less time on the other since it's the point of the movie.

How can you honestly say you'd just make amends and let the loop end? Are you kidding me? Can you imagine what you could do in that time?! I'm not even talking about *beep* like Mike did, but think Bill Murray, Groundshog Day. He learned to play piano, dance, being a doctor, ice sculpting, etc etc. How could you pass up the opportunity to basically turn yourself into the most knowledgeable person in the world... just to escape a time loop? Are you retarded?
shareI made that comment a long time ago. I don't even remember the movie much less the context of my post. :) However, I THINK I was saying it jokingly as in I wish they had done that so movie would have been over much more quickly because I remember it being kind of awful and hating it. :)

shareI wouldn't go as far as they did, it doesn't matter if the consequences don't exist I still have a conscience and wouldn't do anything to cause somebody else harm or anything, but there'd definitely be some things to try such as memorising lottery numbers, harmless pranks, etc would definitely tempt me into putting off ending the loop at least a little while
