It was boring is not an argument


I mean jesus do you really need action pushed in your face 24/7? Why can't we have a simple film about a teen growing up?! Its a film about growing up it didn't need to funny or exicitng becuse life isn't like that!

Sorry for the rant but I just watched and fell in love with it and can't stand people calling it boring.

What a stupid argument. You clearly can't defend your position, which is why you have to construct this, "Action 24/7 in your face" ad hominem.

A movie doesn't have to have action to be interesting. All it takes is a decent story, competent acting, a plot that doesn't meander and drag, and writing that actually has something to say. This exercise in narcissistic banality lacks any of that.
