You'll probably enjoy Lucky, a 2004 film with a similar premise.

Agreed!!! Both this and Lucky are in my top 10 favorite serial killer movies... freaking hilarious

Interesting. I liked Lucky but found this film unwatchable. Maybe there was too much of a backstory with his childhood. It just made it depressing and disturbing.
