I don't think he killed more people than we saw, I think some of it was just garbage and stuff he couldn't throw away. It seems he didn't ever take out the trash, so all he did was package it and leave it lying around.

I think he was supposed to be a hoarder, I don't think he killed anybody before Fiona.

Most of it was pizza boxes and those take out white styrofoam food boxes all wrapped in plastic wrap

I saw what they were. Above post states it.... pizza boxes and take out Styrofoam boxes.... but why? It's weird and it makes me chuckle that someone has that much time of not remembering what he does everyday. At least, I don't think he remembers it because it's never shown when he's off meds and in his own la la land....
