How can Lydia have a stronger connection to Styles than SCOTT, webtalking

indysoul that's not how the writers are making it out to be. they are making it out to be that Lydia has the strongest connection with Stiles. why is that so hard for YOU to understand?

I partly can relate to this interpretation but if this was how it worked, then the writers messed up to make it clear. When Scott got out of the freezer, there could have been SOMETHING. Like a light, a sound, a flash going through the dungeon. Something that FELT like Scott made the first step, a crack that weakens the barrier between the real world and the Ghost Rider's realm. This wouldn't have been a problem.
But the way it was present, many many many fans just noticed: Scott didn't make it. He failed. That he made the first step is interpretation and unfortunately, the writers didn't drop any hint that it was different :(

And all to please a small group of Stydia shippers. It is destroying the basic premise of the show, that Scott and Stiles have the strongest connection.
