What happened to her singing "Hapy Birthday, Mr President"? Did they cut that scene? Why?
Lots of things weren't covered. Perhaps they just didn't include it. Also replicating it would have been a tricky task for the actress.

I just got the series on DVD, and in the titles theres a brief flash of the happy birthday performance and on the special features making of featurette they show the filming of that scene with the actress in a gown...
but the scene was not in the teleplay or included as a deleted scene :(
i think for all marilyn fans out there this might be a disappointment, charlotte sullivan did an okay job.
