was the first time i saw anyone in that family make a meal that didn't already come in takeout Styrofoam containers. Has anyone else noticed that whenever Bentley is eating dinner at Maci's, it is take out? She has a brand spanking new kitchen no?
I really don't get why people on this board are so interested in what Maci and them eat. So what if she has take out food alot. I rarely cook myself and since I was a single mom no one else did it. Doesn't make me a bad parent for not cooking every meal. This is the second post I've come across talking about take out food.
shareRight? I think I said it in another post but right now I'm 6.5 months pregnant and already have a 4 year old and a 1 year old that need my constant attention. A lot of the time I don't have time to fix a huge meal. I do cook when I can, but sometimes it's just easier to get takeout when I'm exhausted. Everyone does things differently.

I've given myself anxiety over doing things so other people wouldn't think I'm a bad mom and wife, in reality no one was watching me thinking bad things about the way I do or don't do things. I beat myself up a lot because I know there's so many people out there that love to point the finger at others.
shareTrue. I think people are coming at this from two different angles. Not so long ago, takeout was a luxury item and an occasional treat. As shedules have gotten busier, that's no longer the case. Takeout is an integral part of the weekly meal plan, like it or not. Plus hardly anyone knows how to cook anymore. Your grandma could whip up dinner in a moment's notice, your mom needed a recipe book and now people don't even know what ingredients to purchase. I find it somewhat disappointing on a societal level, but when it comes to individuals, you're right, who cares?
shareIt's been stated several times that MTV will pay for the food when they are filming. That's why they all are going out to eat, etc all the time. It makes for a 'believable' reason they are talking about things. Why wouldn't Maci get takeout when someone else is paying for it?
