Funny scene when Matt met the jogger. (BTW Matt, you're supposed to leash your dog.) You could tell the jogger was horrified that she is now neighbors of theirs. I bet you anything Matt would have hit on that girl if there were no cameras around.

Ugh yes that made me so mad! Put your dog on a leash! I hate it when I'm walking through my neighborhood, especially with my kids and my neighbors dogs come running into the road.

I'm guessing Matt probably doesn't even clean up when the dog poops in the neighbors' yards.

I'm thinking the value of the houses in that neighborhood will be decreasing.

Matt got what he wanted. The girl, Money and a lil fame. All he has to do is put he feet up and chill.
