What a sad sack Amber was on the boat
Boy, she sure was a buzzkill. Don't think I've seen her nag at Matt so much before. He's very patient with her moods, I must say.

shareYeah I didnt really understand why she was so upset/mad about Matt letting Leah drive the boat.
shareAlso Leah should probably have worn a life jacket.
shareThat's true. I didn't even notice she wasn't wearing one, i just noticed how she was nagging about Matt letting Leah steer the boat

I'm not making excuses for her but having Leah drive, for what ever reason, clearly shot her anxiety through the roof. There isn't necessarily any rhyme or reason. I can see why having Leah drive, especially if she wasn't turning quick enough etc. would set Amber off.
shareYou realize they were on like a party barge, and we're not going full speed. I could understand if they were going fast, but they were literally going at a snails pace.It seems like Amber likes to be in total control and when she's not she gets upset or mad.
shareLike I said there's no rhyme or reason....
shareFrom what Amber was saying on the boat, it seemed like Matt was giving Leah too much control and she couldn't/wasn't steering properly and that they were getting close to land/objects etc. That would make me nervous too but Amber should've trusted Matt would step in and intervene more if he thought they were in danger of crashing lol
shareThat it was it seemed like.
shareI actually had the impression that Leah was doing a better job than Matt, who had no idea where he was going. I've only been on a "real boat" once, but what I took away from the experience is that there are some hard-and-fast rules that are not to be broken, and if one is going in aimless circles asking "where the hell am I?", that's not safe. Once again, Matt fails to impress.
shareI think it was because he was going the wrong way & then he let Leah drive after he was already going the wrong way.

Of course he's patient with her. She is his meal ticket.
shareI think what we were seeing was Amber being fed up with Matt. He can be very annoying, and then combine that with Amber's temper and you get conflict. Also, I don't think she loves him. She's irritated because the feelings are gone but she has to stay with him to prove everyone wrong.

Yes this has to be it! She doesbt what to kick him to curb and have everyone say I told you so especially now that Gary has moved on married and another child.
shareI don't blame her. Matt creeps me out and seems like the type to get under your skin.
shareShe annoyed the crap out of me on the boat and I've been team Amber lately.
