Of course, even if it fails, she will pretend it was her decision to close it.

When she was doing the interviews, one of the girls said she worked in that same space - was it a yogurt shop prior to Froco? If the previous place closed that may not be a good sign for Farrah.
I don't know why anyone would want to go to any of Farrah's businesses. If it were to be successful she'd be even a bigger monster than she is now.
As far as her employees, they could find work in another "fast food" establishment. According to Farrah, being able to put down Froco on their resumes will lead to opening up doors to careers they never dreamed of before.
