Butch, after being free for nearly a year, has been arrested again. This time though, he is in jail after pleading guilty for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. I bet Tyler is heartbroken.

It's believable. But in a way it is really sad. He seemed like he was making an effort to walk the line. Now he's going back to prison for sure, right?
Kind of a stupid reason if he was sober. I hope he is sober. Yikes.
Our justice system sucks. Once you are in the system, if you don't have tons of money, you get screwed and are pretty much in it for life. If Michigan is anything like Ohio, you are charged for every day you are in jail, in our county that is like $67 a day. That adds to your fines. Then you pay for the probation or parole officers at like $50 a pop, which is added to your fines. It starts racking up more rapidly than someone who can provide their own transportation to and from. You are either going back into the system for being late on fines, or going back if you have no transportation to court to pay. The risk of driving under suspension to pay a fine in order not to go to jail, becomes a greater risk than knowing if you don't show up at all that it is a guarantee.
I feel that Butch is really no danger to society, and it is sad to see him back in the system.
So the money you have to pay to be in jail ( stupid) is that part of your bond or not?

According to articles online, he is in jail right now.
I read it from Teen Mom Junkies which uses RadarOnLine as a source. I just looked and "wetpaint" also has an article about it. However, they say he's in jail then they say prison. Another article says he's in the slammer. So, all I know is he's locked up, serving a sentence.

Poor butchie a thieving drug addict deadbeat dad . Oh yea also a wife beater . Maybe kaitlyn could unpark her fat ass of the dent in the sofa and drive him around . Maybe she would only be down to 16hrs of sleep that day
