Ok. I cannot stand Gary even more now. He wouldn't answer his phone knowing she'd need a ride and the car was messed up.... he started taking classes before her ged was finished. She'd get to school and the stroller was not in her car. He just seemed like he was sabotaging her ....just constantly setting her up to fail. He couldn't do anything. Now he acts like he's the perfect parent ... ugh.

shareGear-Re was a piece of sh)t but so was Amber. The difference was that Gear-Re was scum but he was still a good dad to Leah as opposed to Amber. I remember a deleted scene from a clip show where he was supposed to pick up Leah but purposely made a date with some random girl, told the girl to "watch this" as he purposely called Amber over the phone to gloat that he was not picking up Leah like he planned but that he was on a date instead, he made it his business to tell her that. Gear-Re did a lot of manipulating and abuse behind the scenes too, it wasn't just Amber, that's why she punched him in his face like that on camera. Not that physical abuse is okay
