If Nova is kicking and screaming "bye bye," and can't be soothed -- take her home! The stable worker was looking at her like Catelynn was insane.

I feel like nova just hates catelyn. She always seems good when she's with Tyler, but then again he's the one that's taking care of her a majority of the time.

No, she doesn't hate Catelynn, she just didn't want to be there if she couldn't run around. As I addressed on another thread, however, there's a firm but gentle way to handle a child who is acting out. That was an excessive amount of hitting.

Yeah, I think Nova probably isn't used to one-on-one time with Catelynn, and isn't in the habit of listening to her. Nova probably also doesn't get out much either.

If nothing else, take her to the car for a few minutes, calm her down and try again. Seriously, just use some form of discipline!!

Right? Catelynn has no parenting skills, she seemed more like a first-time babysitter.
