Sophia

I agree with what someone said about Sophia being checked out. And listening to Farrah swear and yell at her Mom, usually in front of Sophia, I don't understand why that is not considered child abuse. That's a horrible environment for a little girl to grow up in. And the fact that the whole world can watch it on tv is even worse. It's not like Farrah can deny it when we all see it every week!

Miraculously, Sophia seems to recognize when Farrah is being hurtful. She quietly pointed out to her mother that she had been rude. Farrah responded, "Mommy's never rude," and then accused Sophia of being whiny. Michael seems the calmest in that family; hopefully, Sophia will take after him.

That was a really interesting conversation. Poor Sophia.

All jokes aside. It is absolutely child abuse to scream and yell in front of the child and to other people. She also was abusive in saying "mommy is never rude," because that is obviously not the truth as witnessed by Sophia.

Farrah is extremely selfish to expose her child to that toxic environment. Sophia will need therapy her entire life. I genuinely feel bad for Deborah.

I'm watching the episode now, and she's already bitching out her mom (in front of Sophia) the first segment. I feel bad for that child to constantly have to listen to that. I can barely tolerate just watching it.

Dexter: I would give everything to feel nothing again.

Like how Farrah denies everything else that we see every week? Which, ironically, the whole fight was because Farrah was accusing Debra of lying...

Sophia is doomed.

And the way Sophia went to comfort Debra when she was in her room was heartbreaking. :(
