If only Tyler would take his mom's advice

He'd be so much happier. She tells him constantly to work on himself, go to school, get a job, etc. If only she'd listen, he'd be so much better off. I used to love Catelynn, but I'm so over her *beep* now, that I hope Tyler gets his act together and leaves her. They both may be depressed at first, but they'd be so much better off....well Tyler would. Catelynn would just surround herself with her own zoo and lay on the couch instead of doing anything productive.

Definitely. Je can be a supportive husband and still pursue his own goals for the sake of Nova.

He's not though! MTV has enable both him and Cate. It seems in every scene he's complaining or trying to give advice to Cate.... But what is he doing?

At this point I wish he'd listen to his mom too. I don't think the two of them are a good match at all and if one of them actually has a chance of doing something productive I think it's going to be Tyler. It's probably just a matter of time, Cate appears to be making everyone around her miserable.

I agree. Tyler seems unhappy and his mom knows it. Cate is all about her . Tyler needs to branch out. She probably even give custody to Tyler.
