No shack up clause

I don't know if they have it everywhere but they do I were Gary I'd be all over it. I had a friend back in Texas who had what they called a no shack up clause in his divorce papers, and several others who threatened it to their exes. Basically the rule is that when you have the child in your house nobody of the opposite sex can be there after 7 p.m. unless it's a spouse. Granted most of the people I knew who had this or threatened it were using it just to be petty and give the other a hard time but I think I'm Amber's case it would be a good thing. She can't just keep letting strangers move in with her and her daughter and three recovering addicts in one house seems like a recipe for disaster.

All I know is that if any of those randoms end up trying to rape Leah or something, I hope that Amber is charged as well. Not only charged, but gets a sentence just as long.

You're right it is sad. But I'm thinking if they did have these rules in their states the lawyers would have said something. Especially as many times as they've bickered about sketchy boyfriends and girlfriends lol.

I do think that Matt is a complete creep. I'm not sure if he would do anything like that but one can never be too careful. She should have run a background check on Matt way before Gary did. That was pathetic. If you have a child you need to be extremely vigilant.

If that no snack up law existed where they live in positive Gary is video to enough to report her. He wouldn't be wrong in the case of Matt specifically because his greasy red face looks so creepy - like a pedophile. But Gary would enforce something like that with any guy that was around Amber and Leah. He wants total control over Amber.

I wish that Barb could get one against Janelle. She does have legal custody of Jace. It's too bad that grandparents can't take action when neither parent seems to mind who is in the house with their kids. Janelle has always moved from one man to the next before she could even change her sheets. She told her friends and Dr. Drew that she was just way too picky when she looks for a man, lol. Her only qualification is that the guy has a heartbeat. She picked out Uncle Bad Touch in less than 5 minutes. I'm sickened that she's going to have a daughter now as well. Dave, (UBT), will be out of the house before she's a year old and then next felon drug addict will be moving in. Where is CPS?
Most of these women have such low self-esteem that they do care what type of person they expose their children too. Amber is bad but I think Janelle is the worst of the lot.

Im very picky and Ive only bought one guy around my son and that was someone I went to high school with and we began dating again when we were 24. I haven't been in a relationship in almost 7 years because I care about who I allow in my life and around my son. He is my first and most important priority. At least we can say that Maci was responsible and never allowed any and every dude she met around Bentley. She was in a similar sitch like mines, she knew Kyle prior to having Bentley. Amber wasted no time moving Matt in and that's absolutely frightening for a woman as well as a woman with kids. He could have been a murderer for all anyone knew. It gets lonely being single and not having anyone but you can't let that influence you into being with just anyone and allowing just anyone around your children.
