Just like this is business as usual and glossed over when Farrah is berating her mom, what makes us think if Sophia does this Farrah won't react like Deb and just Goo Goo Gaa Gaa and call Sophia Baaabbyyy when she acts like that? It's a possibility that she'll turn out very different from Farrah, if Farrah manages to crush her self-esteem by being so narcissistic. The conversation they had a few episodes ago where Farrah asked for feedback on her parenting and then completely shot down what Sophia said, could be a good indicator for how future interactions are going to go between the two.
Sophia could very well turn completely insecure and needy or become a timid doormat.
