So does anyone know if Amber did or will try to get more custody of Leah, instead of begging him for more time and he declines, so much he said she said going on. She cries, he says she's lying, she says he's lying, she's crazy and so on. So I'm wondering if she's serious, did she or does she have plans to take legal action and file something. She never talks about that.
shareIf she goes to court at this point she's nuts... she'll only waste money and the legal system's time. No judge in his right mind would look at Amber right now and give her more custody. Deep down, she probably knows that.

shareYou're spot on. They recently came to an agreement on how much time each parent gets with Leah. It's a set schedule, and on paper. So glad they got to a place that works for all involved! Hope they continue to go forward with good co-parenting.
