This whole season all of her segments have been the Matt Show. So first she let's this guy mooch off of her and now he stole her spot light a bit! Come on Amber!!!

shareI've noticed that in life, many times the people who are the loudest and quickest to defend themselves and go our of their way to justify their actions to anyone and everyone, are usually the ones who most need to take a good look in the mirror. Amber and Matt work very hard to explain their relationship to the world, so that we will all accept them and not judge their lives.
Yet, I can't help but feel that if these two were truly happy and comfortable, and had a secure relationship with nothing to hide, they would not feel to obliged to defend themselves to anyone. Especially to the public, who doesn't really know them personally.
I could be very wrong. However, all this recent pushing to justify Matt's existence more or less proves that he's the lying, gold digging, fame mongering, manipulating, lazy man who they would like to convince the world is not these things!
Now that I think about it, since you pointed it out none of the other couples on here, not even Farrah or Gary go on and on about how happy, how perfect, or much this person loves me, etc with their relationships.

Exactly. During the first part of the reunion Dr Drew simply asked Amber point blank "is your relationship going well with Matt?" And she gets super defensive and says 'yes, it's perfect. He's great and takes care of me.'
What a joke. She raves on and on about her sobriety (which I do not believe) and how great of a man Matt is. No one is buying this nonsense.
