Ever since he got in that big fight with his dad, his face has been off, especially his eyes.
In the last few episodes it looked like he was speaking with gauze in his mouth too.
At Maci's wedding it was particularly noticeable. His eyes looked sunken into his face and one was bigger than the other.
What happened?
To me he seems like he is totally out of it. He looked horrible at the wedding. Wondering why he needed sunglasses...until they showed him without them on. I hope he not wacked out on something.
Did anyone catch the preview of the reunion show - it looks like he is crying. I wonder what that is all about?!?
And....was it his girlfriend that caught the bouquet? I felt bad when she jumped up and accidently flashed her undies. At least she was wearing them, lol!!

shareLooks like the tell tale signs of drugs to me. I don't see it being the head injury. Hes clearly a meth head and meth changes people's faces. That's why people who do meth have what's called a "meth face."
His left eye, and cheekbone was very clearly swollen. But there was no bruising. Maybe a motocross accident?

Maci has denied he uses drugs or that it was the reason behind him being kicked out of his parents' home. However, cameras don't lie. On the Father's Day episode it was extremely obvious he was on something. His eyes were popping out of his head and his pupils were like saucers. That is not a neurological condition. That is drugs. Maci is probably denying it because of her children. It's embarrassing for everybody.
Maybe Ryan's new girlfriend will help him get his act together. She seems like a good person.
