Lol I went back and looked. You're right...maybe that tattoo is new and he had to shave it recently before the shoot. It just looks strange though.

My thought was that he probably had fresh tattoo work too, but I have to wonder why some hair wouldn't have been photoshopped in? It's really noticeable! Even just fill in one side and thin out the other, even it out somehow.
