Like Catfish without all the work

I watched a few parts of Reunited, and I just don't see it lasting. If someone was trying to reconnect with a long lost relative, wouldn't they want to have a real professional therapy session instead of 2 people from teen mom? If anything, that should give C&T motivation to finish school to get their degrees so they can professionally help people instead of trying to take the easy route and host a tv show. But in catfish, at least there were some interesting plot twists. I'm curious how future episodes will do and I'm willing to try it out, but unless they spice it up, that will be cancelled.

It's not interesting enough for me to give it a chance. It's just another way for Cate and Ty to earn more Open Concept and Horsey Money. I don't know what makes them the authority on adoptions and reuniting people. This is just as obsurd as having Leah Messer host an Unsolved Mysteries reboot lol.

It ended up being a powerful show, due to the sad story between the mother and her two daughters. But the whole time I was anxious because I felt like you had these hosts who meant well but were really unqualified to act as therapists to three real people with serious issues.

My DVR cut out right before the end, though, after Kati said she pretty much decided not to keep in touch with her mom but was talking with her sister. Was there anything else after that?

Honey I have no clue. I don't watch the show. It looks boring. As far as your dvr situation, I learned that by modifying the time and having it stop 1-5 minutes later helps. If you have it stop on time it will cut out some material because it's going off of exactly what the times schedule is for the show. For example, I missed the last half hour of an awesome documentary because a breaking news alert came through, therefore it sucked up my time during my show's airing.

I always give Teen Mom an extra minute but even that wasn't enough this time. I wish channels could actually start and end shows on the hour or half-hour!

I have Xfinity. If the show is at 8pm it will start recording at 7:59 and end at 8:59. That is why I start one minute early and end the show 5 minutes after.
