I feel so sorry for that poor horse. There is no way that Farrah has the knowledge to take care of it properly and have the right storage. Her neighbors seem to dislike her dogs (barking) so maybe they will report her horse to animal welfare.

Dogs are so high maintenance, I would only get one if I could afford a trainer.
shareI felt so sad for that little horse. Actually amazed that someone can purchase such an animal & keep it in the backyard. Where does it sleep? Where does it go in bad weather?
