Seeing as no one has mentioned it yet, I found a video of Bill Skarsgard (one of the leads in Hemlock Grove and brother of True Blood's Alex Skarsgard) auditioning for Cam. It doesn't mean that he has the part, but it's pretty exciting imo.
Although I like him, he does not fit my vision of the character

How do people come across audition tapes? Wow, I think he's perfect as Cam.

I never considered it before but I'm a fan of Bill, after seeing him in Hemlock Grove so I think he'd be perfect.
