It looks like they added a lil more to B.Deckers towel. The yellow part just looks sprayed on and it's placement above Anistons hand makes it look like a yellow thumbs up.

Anyone know if they did add something?

same here. Looks like they're clinging drinks! If not, they're just doing a fist-bump? Strange.
