I know Nicole Kidman has had plastic surgery but what was up with her face in this movie? I actually didn't recognize her at first.
I figure the character Devlin would have had an excessive amount of work done so was her face MADE to look that obviously "touched up"? The skin on her face looked so tight.
I did not realize it was her until i saw the credits. She looks great in the movie like she ate food. Her face has got weight which is kinda rare for Kidman.
shareYou guys make it sound as if they used prosthetics or something to make Nicole Kidman's face look super touched up but I thought it looked exactly like how she usually does. I was confused about people saying that they didn't recognize her, but in general I think she looks pretty normal most of the time. I know she's had a bit of work done, but I think a lot of the tightness in her face is from being so thin. Plenty of celebrities look much, much worse.

I think she has had NO work done. Just injections. Botox, restilin, etc. Her features are unchanged structure-wise since her first Aussie movies. Its the unmoving forehead and thicker lips...

I tend to agree with you on this one...I don't think she has had any actual work done either and I personally had no trouble recognizing her. Now a little botox injection here or there maybe....BUT...I think Nicole has one huge factor in her favor that people are not stopping to consider as she ages...this girl is very, very fair skinned naturally and from everything I have heard about her she 'avoids' the sun like the plague!!! So being that even the smallest amount of sun damage puts age on us she is going to be one of those women who is glad she stayed out of the sun when she was young but probably noone will give her props for it they'll just say she had surgery....I for one will not be so quick to judge her though knowing this fact.

I am very pale..same skintone as Nicole.. I avoid the sun like a plaque too. Hope you are right! lol
I thought it was pretty funny when Sandler's character pointed out her lipo on her arms and never mentioned her face.

She was gorgeous in this. She may be full of botox but who in Hollywood isn't?
More to the point she was excellent in this role and should do more comic work.
The look on her face when Danny mentioned her arms was priceless.
