Maybe I am alone here..

Ok, I have to say, A few things I found annoying, I will call them by their real names, not their Character's names, hope it's ok..

Jenn, is Best friend's with, and works for Adam, who is a very rich Plastic Surgeon. Her Daughter talks about how her mother can't afford acting classes, jenn, admits towards the end to Devlin, that she still has Dial up Internet, she still drives a crappy car, etc. If Adam is Jenn's Best Friend and his so-called assistant that works for him, they both admit he can't do without, then why is he paying her so little? Then, she goes along with this crazy scheme, then he suddenly treats her like a queen, buying her all these expensive clothes, shoes, handbags, acting classes for her daughter, a trip to a Beverly Hills salon, Hawaii (thanks to the son), etc.

If I were Jenn, I would be a little pissed. If I were that needed and valued, and payed so little, especially with my boss/BFF, knowing I am a struggling single mother, and since they know so much about each other, he must know how she lives, and obviously knows what car she drives, yet, treats her like anyone off the street he hired, instead of his long time Best friend/ Assistant, that he can't function without. I would think he would value her alot more as both an assistant and a Best Friend, and pay her more, knowing all that's involved.

Maybe It's just me, but, it seems, that he sure asks alot of her, and doesn't exactly return the favor, especially, involving her, and her kids to get in the pants of a girl way too young, and only buys her the clothes and everything to play a part, when in reality, with his obvious wealth, he could afford to pay Jenn, to look and dress like that for real, instead of for acting purposes.

And all of this, what was it, like 12,000 a night at that Hawaiian Hotel? Just to get with a Bimbo like Palmer? If Adam can afford that much for everyone in Hawaii, he could afford to pay Jenn, what she is truly worth..

Am I alone here? Any Thoughts?
