I was wondering if the whole "My life is all an act/my husband is really gay" was her poking fun at her marriage to Tom Cruise?

I kind of thought the same thing because there were a lot of subtle "truths" in this movie - they referred to Palmer being from North Carolina, she meets Andy Roddick on the airplane, Heidi Montag married to the addicted-to-plastic-surgery guy, Jackie Sandler being Adam's original fiancé, etc.

In real life, Brooklyn Decker is from Matthews, NC, and is married to Andy Roddick.

Heidi Montag - Plastic Surgery Addiction? (If you don't get this one, I'm not sure what to say)

Jackie Sandler is Adam Sandler's wife

It's not a stretch to think that they referenced Tom Cruise when Nicole Kidman talks about her marriage being a sham...
