The thing where Danny kept waving his finger like the goatee of the bass player/Dr.

Way, WAY too many references for a joke that wasn't even funny to begin with.

I thought it was funny to begin with. He did refer to it too many times, but that was to show that he was secretly jealous of her going out with that guy.

We got that he was jealous the first time he did it. There was no need to keep doing it.

I thought so at first but I laughed a lot when they finally showed the guy in the end. His goatee was massive!

i thought it was hilarious. it even seemed like Sandler was having a little trouble not laughing too much whenever he did it

I laughed at it, and after several viewings, I laugh even more. Of course it was overdone...that's Sandler's trademark. But then, when you actually see his goatee AND see it waving as he's singing, that was the real punchline. You THINK Danny is exaggerating...but he's not. It really does waver and quiver.
