Oh I hope so! This case is one of the ones where it's clear as day who is responsible but not enough evidence! What a silly and horrid lady to stay married to a despicable man.
shareAnother frustrating case! There is a saying that goes 'she was a smart girl until she fell in love.' That seemed to be what happened to Patti. I don't understand how she could get involved with a married man (or how any woman could want to) and then give him so much of her money! That is crazy. And sadly it cost her her life. I feel for the daughter. That someone took her mom away and is still out there roaming free. So unfair and sad.

I think they can only try the case once against this guy hence the delay. So they want to make sure they have enough solid evidence. From what I remember I think Patti's cats hair was found in the truck bed which places her there. I wonder if the guy who was driving with the "boyfriend" was in on the plan to kill and dispose of her body. Maybe he will talk someday if so..
