...needs to try to sound less like he's reading lines off a page.

Maybe it's intentional but I think it sucks.

To each, his own. I find his delivery to be a thing of beauty.

McBain: THAT'S THE JOKE.

What makes Tina so funny is Dan Mintz's deadpan delivery, although there are a few episodes where she gets flustered enough to yell at people. I especially like the occasions where she gets emotional and then apologetically reverts to her normal tone, like in one episode when she's informed that dinner will be late: "What?! It's well past dinner time! ...Sorry, just please feed your children." 

I suppose you're right. The first hint would be that a teen girl with an adult male voice.

I like Tina's voice the most.. can't stand Bobs .. sounds like he has a throat full of phlegm.. >.<
