So sorry...

...I slept on animation for so long - I remember when this was brand new, liked very interesting, so I ...waited until about a month ago to finally start watching. I love why I've seen so far, very funny. Dry, which I love!

Never had any ax to grind vs animation, I always admired the simpsons (even if I rarely watched a whole episode), I just never felt, IDK...I guess compelled is the word I'm looking for ... to really follow any animated shows consistently...

Anyway, the silver lining is, now I have all these shows to catch up with! I have been devouring South Prk for the past 6-8 months, and stRted DVRing Futurama, American dad (not a big family Guy fan but I like American Dad - go figure), etc, and most of these are available to stream somewhere...

Hard to believe I let all those seasons of BB go by, but it sure will be fun catching up!

If you have Netflix, I recommend checking out Bojack Horseman. Probably one of the most intelligently written animated satires to come out in a long time. Be warned, it is a bit of a slow burn at first because it's not a traditional comedy. There's a lot of heart to it, much like this show, although less 'warm and fuzzy' and more 'damn, that's rough!' kind of heart. Cynical, yet highly highly engaging.

For some reason I can't get in to Futurama. I love all the shows you listed (and Rick and Morty) but the humor in Futurama is so...placid and juvenile to me.

I've never fooled anyone. I've let people fool themselves.
